| Review: River Past Crazi Video for iPod is an application that you can use to prepare audio and video files for Apple TV, BlackBerry, iPhone, iPod and Zune, among other device types. The interface of the program is plain and easy to work with. Media files can be imported into the list by using either the file browser, tree view or drag and drop functionality. Handling multiple entries at the same time is possible. In the queue you can find out the initial and output name and format, duration, audio and video properties, estimated size and status of each item. If you want to leave the default settings unaltered, then you can simply establish the output directory and format to start the conversion task. But you can also adjust the maximum audio bit rate and video quality, add output files to iTunes for syncing, as well as preview clips in an external media player and trim them by marking the start and end position or time values. Plus, you can save the conversion list, remove an item from the list or clear the entire file queue. The video conversion program includes a help file for novices and quickly finishes a task while using a moderate-to-high amount of CPU and system memory.
