Review: Partition Magic is a partition editor that allows you to securely create, combine and resize partitions on your hard disk up to 300 GB without damaging information. Then go to solution when you want to undo partitioning process errors when installing Windows. With Partition Magic can divide the disk into several partitions or vice versa, and run safely and go through several operating systems on the same computer (via BootMagic). In addition, the tool can be run from a bootable disk and allows users to view files, view and edit them on more than one type of the file system. If you have any questions or concerns on how to use Partition Magic, and then watch the presentation in order to better understand the concepts and keywords. The software supports external USB drives and FAT, FAT32, NTFS, ext2, ext3 and system files. The obvious advantage of the software is that if you want to increase the size of the partition to NTFS, do not even have to restart the computer. It is important to always remember to make a backup copy of the file before using radical action on hard drives (Partition Magic can schedule backups for you, too). The bottom line is that Partition Magic works great, but only on older operating systems such as Windows XP. Unfortunately, Symantec recently announced that they are no longer working Partition Magic, in the future, due to various problems encountered by users. |
